Girls’ Timeline:
• Committee will select teams in April.
• April 15th – teams will be invited via email sent to Head Coach with April 22nd deadline to accept and April 29th deadline to make payment. More teams may be invited along the way if teams decline their invitation.

GIRLS TEAM CAMP INFORMATION
* There will NOT be a girl’s event for INDIVIDUALS this year. The format has changed to be a Team Event.
• This two day event will be held on June 14-15, 2024 (Friday, Saturday) at Grand Valley State University.
• The GIRL’S TEAM event will be an NCAA certified event for Division 1 women’s college coaches to attend. Division 2, Division 3, JUCO and NAIA college coaches may also attend.
• HS varsity coaches will nominate their teams by April 1st. To be eligible for nomination, teams must have at least one college prospect on their 2024-25 team.
• Teams with D1 college prospect players will be selected first. Additional teams without D1 prospects may be invited to participate based on their player’s college potential. (A determining factor will be what colleges are recruiting those players.)
• After teams are chosen by the selection committee, invitations will be emailed to Coaches and Athletic Directors of selected teams.
• There will be a $250 charge for teams to attend.
• Invited teams will have the option to attend one day or both days. There is no difference in cost but teams will play more games if they attend two days.
* College coaches who want to attend the event should use link at the top of this page to register. Costs:
BCAM Member D1 college (one coach attending) = $100.
BCAM Member D1 college (2+ coaches attending) = $200.
BCAM Member D2 and smaller colleges (1 coach) = $75.
BCAM Member D2 and smaller colleges (2+ coaches) = $125.
NON BCAM Member D1 college (one coach attending) = $150.
NON BCAM Member D1 college (2+ coaches attending) = $300.
NON BCAM Member D2 and smaller colleges (1 coach) = $125.
NON BCAM Member D2 and smaller colleges (2+ coaches) = $225.
